Lil Fungalia micro mesh avatar is 0.3 times the size of the normal SL avatar, which is about 0.6 m or 60 cm. Lil Fungalia is a bit smaller than Petites mesh avatars (which means you cannot use Petite clothing with it)! Lil Fungalia IS compatible with Minikin micro mesh avatar by Caverna Obscura SIZE 0.3 and clothing layers made for it (also SIXE 0.3). So you can buy clothes fitted for Minikin 0.3 for Lil Fungalia and those should fit.
